One netizen blasted the media personality, accusing her of hypocrisy and claiming she “sucks on her vape like it’s an oxygen mask.”

Another user chimed in, sarcastically adding, “Thank god we have her professional medical opinion.”

Brianna LaPaglia Gets Candid About Struggles With Body Image

While this might be her first time speaking on Ozempic, LaPaglia has spoken boldly about her struggles with body image in the past.

During her appearance on the “Real Pod” podcast, the “Special Forces” reality star discussed her experience with “anxiety-induced eating disorder,” adding that she was “always nauseous.”

LaPaglia explained that it was difficult for her to eat because it made her sick.

“I would just avoid food at all costs because I knew that it would make me sick, or I was just so nauseous all the time [because of] my anxiety that I couldn’t eat,” she added.

LaPaglia said her battle with food reached an even lower point in the fall of 2023, when she reached her lowest weight and raised concern among those around her.

“I was anemic from it, I had bruises all over me, and it was really, really hard when you’re in it for so long. Your body just gets used to it, and when I finally came out of all that anxiety, or I was able to look at myself in the mirror and saw the way I looked, [it] was just so unhealthy,” she said.

In February 2026, comedian Mo’Nique shared a similar message with her followers about Ozempic.

“What is the long-term effects? What will it do to your body? Your mind? What will it do to us five years from now, 10 years from now?” she asked.

“You may get down to that size two or size four or that size eight or whatever that thing is. But I would ask you to research what you’re putting in your body,” the actress continued.

Cohen, best known for his role on Bravo’s “Real Housewives” and “Watch What Happens Live,” explained during an episode of his popular radio show that using the medication helped him with more than just reaching his goals.

“It really helped me with cravings, which I was having a very hard time with, and really forcing myself to be more disciplined with my diet and with working out. I am on a pretty rigorous health journey,” the father of two shared.
