The jewelry immediately sparked speculation about whether Cher has tied the knot with Alexander "A.E." Edwards, her much younger boyfriend, whom she has been dating since 2022.

Opting for a casual star-patterned sweatsuit and sneakers, the proud mother looked every bit beautiful as she made her way into the venue from her car.

However, according to Page Six, it was a massive piece of jewelry on her hand that drew the most attention regarding her appearance at the wedding.

The jewelry in question gave the appearance of a wedding ring, which immediately sparked speculation that Cher had privately tied the knot with her long-term beau, Alexander "A.E." Edwards.

Further fueling the speculation was the fact that Cher also wore a band on the same finger as the large piece of jewelry.

The singer has yet to confirm if she and the music executive have walked down the aisle.

Cher Once Admitted It Was Difficult Getting Used To Her Son, Chaz's Trans Identity

Cher and her trans son have come a long way, as the singer once confessed that raising Chaz was challenging, especially during his transition.

"When Chaz went through the transition, that was difficult for me," she said, per The LA Times. "It shouldn't have been because, you know, I've had gay friends forever. I just met some beautiful trans chicks, and we have an affinity. Now I'm totally fine."

Cher further stated, "It's hard to lose one child to get a new one, especially so late. I think that was the hard thing for me. I don't think it was the transition. It was waiting to see who the person would be, and would they be so much different than the person that was before them."

The singer also once admitted that she didn't handle Chaz's transitioning "all that well in the beginning," explaining that "It took me a minute. Because you've been with a child for 40 years, and then all of a sudden … but you know what? Chaz was so happy!"

Meanwhile, Cher and Edwards were first linked back in 2022 after they were spotted holding hands during an outing in Los Angeles with rapper Tyga.

She immediately received criticism over their 40-year age gap, but that didn't seem to bother the singer as she opened up about how well they get along during an interview on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" that same year.

"On paper, it's kind of ridiculous," Cher reflected on her romance with Edwards, per People Magazine. "But in real life, we get along great. He's fabulous. And I don't give men qualities that they don't deserve."

Almost a year later, Cher echoed the same sentiments about their relationship being unconventional but perfect.

"If you wrote out all the statistics, you would go, 'Well, this is doomed.' But we've been together a year, and if it was just a year, it would've been worth it. I've had the best time," the singer told the news outlet in October 2023.

However, the speculations were quickly refuted by a rep for the singer.

"There is absolutely no plans for a wedding in her future," the spokesperson told Gossip List.

Now, with Cher's appearance with the ring, there is a possibility that the singer went on with her alleged desire to walk down the aisle with Edwards.
