Richards is pulling back the curtain on her latest glow-up, as she shows off dramatic before-and-after photos from her recent facelift, proudly flaunting the results eight months after going under the knife.

Richards teamed up with her Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei, to share the side-by-side transformation on Instagram.

According to Talei, the 55-year-old “Wild Things” bombshell underwent a full suite of procedures, including a facelift, temporal brow lift, upper eyelid surgery, a subtle lip lift, and fat grafting, all aimed at enhancing her natural features rather than changing them.

The surgeon gushed over his famous client, calling her “one of the most lovely and beautiful people to ever walk this earth,” emphasizing that the work was about restoring her look, not reinventing it.

He pointed out improvements in finer details, like her earlobes and the softening of lines around her eyes and mouth, which helped reduce what he described as a previously tired appearance. He added that “even the furrowing between her eyebrows has been relaxed.”

“I always said I would never get a facelift, because that’s my face. This is how I make my money,” Richards explained. “I’ve been in this business a long time. People know what I look like. I’ve never done anything aesthetically to my face.”

Still, after years of hesitation, Richards had a change of heart. “I wanted to put things back up, where they were before,” she said, admitting the idea initially scared her despite having had cosmetic work earlier in life.

Richards explained she had always been cautious about altering her face, noting she’d only tried minimal Botox and filler in the past and didn’t love the results. “I’ve done very little filler — it made me look like I was heavy; it just did not work for my face,” she said.

The fear of something going wrong kept her from taking the leap for years, even as she became more conscious of aging, particularly around her neck.

“I was always scared of a facelift, but I did want to do my neck — my late mom would always say that she had a turkey neck. I think it’s genetic,” she said. “I had tried that [lifting] tape — a makeup artist showed it to me — and I’m like, ‘Well, if that’s where I want it to go, why not just put it back there?”

The actress added that the decision wasn’t impulsive. In fact, she spent nearly two years weighing her options before finally committing, with the final months leading up to the surgery solidifying her choice.
