He explained that he has been passing time by reading and resting, though he admitted, “I’m not sleeping great through the night.” 

Kendra responded sympathetically, reacting to his situation with concern.

The call also revealed a shift in their dynamic, as Kendra informed him she had secured her own legal representation. 

“I’ve got him as my attorney now… Well it’s not for you, it’s only for me,” she clarified, signaling that she is handling her case separately.

Authorities claim he inappropriately touched a nine-year-old girl multiple times during the trip.

According to reports, the girl’s father later confronted Duggar, and police say he admitted to certain actions during a recorded conversation.

Despite this, Joseph has entered a not guilty plea in court. He was initially held in Arkansas before being extradited to Florida, where he later appeared before a judge.
