2026 was supposed to be a major year for “Real Housewives of New York City” alum Jill Zarin. Notably, she was cast to appear in E!’s “The Golden Life” alongside several fellow “RHONY” alums. However, her comments about Bad Bunny‘s Super Bowl halftime performance led to her firing. Now, months later, she’s being sued by a former business partner over a pickleball company.
Jill Zarin Sued Over Breach Of Contract

According to PEOPLE, Noah Springer filed a civil complaint against the “RHONY” alum on April 15 in the Palm Beach County Circuit Court. Previously, he served as her business partner for a company called Pickle Pro Labs. In it, he accuses the 62-year-old of breaching their business arrangement. His attorney claimed this was her way of axing him from the company.
Per the lawsuit, Springer alleges that he invested $500,000 into the pickleball business in 2022, which was called Pickle Innovation Studios at the time. Their agreement stated that this investment should have garnered Springer a 25% stake in the company.
That’s not all, Springer also states that he “advanced funds and business expenses” to the company, which became known as Pickle Pro Labs in 2024. The suit also claims that he advanced the funds while “providing services and labor” without being reimbursed, despite expecting to be paid $5,000 per month. His payments from the company stopped in May 2024.
Jill Is Being Accused Of Abusing Her Position

In the civil complaint, Springer also accuses Zarin and another business partner, Gary Brody, of using the company’s funds “without authorization and abusing their position of trust” to pay for personal expenses. The legal filing also states that they “divert[ed] funds invested by Springer for their personal benefit.”
The allegations continue. Springer alleges that Zarin and Brody started a separate company, GNG Enterprises FL, to offer a pickleball regulating machine, Go-No-Go. However, he believes that the machine used his “knowledge, funds, resources, and time.”
Springer has also, according to him, been excluded from any profits generated by the machine despite it using intellectual property owned by Pickle Pro Labs.
The complaint then accuses Zarin and Brody of trying to “gain personal benefits from the use of Pickle Pro Property while depriving [Springer] with the benefits of such transactions and commercialization.” Additionally, he’s been blocked from all the business accounts.
Noah Springer’s Attorney Has Spoken Out

Following the filing of the civil complaint, Springer’s attorney issued a statement to PEOPLE. They said, “Mr. Springer’s sole goal in pursuing this action is for his ownership interests and investments to be respected and for him to be compensated adequately — nothing more, nothing less.”
Additionally, the attorney stated that they attempted to settle the matter with Zarin. According to the statement, “Had Ms. Zarin and/or her entities responded to our pre-suit requests to resolve this matter amicably, these lawsuits may have been avoided entirely.”
It continued, “Mr. Springer remains open to a reasonable resolution but will continue to pursue all available legal remedies, including the recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs, to protect his rights.”
The ‘RHONY’ Alum Landed In Hot Water In February

E! announced plans to film “The Golden Life” in early February 2026. In addition to Zarin, the cast was set to include Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, and Kelly Bensimon. However, according to Today, following her disparaging comments about Bad Bunny, she was fired.
The production company behind “The Golden Life,” Blink49 Studios, announced the casting update on February 10. They said in a statement, “In light of recent public comments made by Jill Zarin, Blink49 Studios has decided not to move forward with her involvement in ‘The Golden Life.'”
It went on, “We remain committed to delivering the series in line with our company standards and values.”
Reports Say Jill Zarin Didn’t Learn From Her Firing

Zarin has kept a relatively low profile since being axed from “The Golden Life.” However, an insider spoke to RadarOnline in February, giving insight into her mental state. The source said, “She’s angry she got fired. She doesn’t understand how she could get fired.”
Still, they stated that the “RHONY” alum has taken “no accountability” and that “She has no remorse.” The insider then said, “She’s blaming the response to her comments instead of reflecting and taking accountability for them. She’s not looking within and realizing she did something wrong.”
