Witnesses say Kelly wasn’t alone for long, as she spent most of the evening with a close companion. 

According to one party-goer, the pair were inseparable, appearing affectionate and comfortable in each other’s company.

“They were all over each other all night and were hardly trying to hide it – taking selfies on Kelly’s massive tripod with this really bright backlight,” the insider told the Daily Mail.

The mystery companion was later identified as Kiinicki, a 37-year-old non-binary hairdresser who has reportedly become a major source of comfort for Kelly Osbourne. 

Using they/them pronouns, Kiinicki is based in Los Angeles but recently traveled to the UK to support Kelly and her three-year-old son, Sidney Jr.

Sources say the connection between them runs deep, particularly after the devastating loss of the singer’s father, Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025. 

One insider described Kiinicki as a “shoulder to cry on,” noting how closely the two have bonded in recent months.

“It was very clear Kelly and her pal share a close friendship… they were hardly subtle about it,” the source said, adding that the pair even coordinated outfits with matching crochet beanies and spent time chatting together with Allen. 

Observers also noted that Kelly appeared to rely heavily on Kiinicki throughout the night, rarely letting them out of her sight.

The post also revealed a more personal detail, matching tattoos on their hands, described as a crescent half moon with a tooth. 

The tattoos were done in the United States during the same month Kelly was last seen publicly with Wilson at the Grammys, hinting that her bond with Kiinicki had already been developing during that time.

“In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time, and things were not as they appeared,” one insider explained.

“They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward,” they added. 

Sadly, the news of their breakup was confirmed on Monday, just over seven months after their engagement. Now, Kelly is reportedly focused on sobriety and motherhood while navigating grief.
