Former "RHOBH" star Lisa Vanderpump joked that she considered starting an only fans and discussed recasting "Vanderpump Rules."

Lisa Vanderpump hasn't appeared on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" since the show's 9th season. However, she remains one of the most talked-about Bravo personalities, both because of the recently rebooted "Vanderpump Rules" and because fans of "RHOBH" often call for her return. In a recent interview, not only did she discuss the reasoning behind the "VPR" reboot, but she also joked about joining OnlyFans, as some of her fellow "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alums have.
Lisa Vanderpump Joked That She Considered OF

Vanderpump appeared on SiriusXM's "Boyfriend Material," which is hosted by Harry Jowsey, on March 3. While on, she discussed how she once considered opening an OnlyFans account. The former "RHOBH" star said, "But OnlyFans, I mean, the fact that they’re doing this, listen. They were like, 'Oh, they’re doing OnlyFans.'"
Vanderpump continued, "I was like, 'Oh, really? I need to know more about this.'" From there, she explained how she learned of the platform in the first place, saying, 'I’d heard about it because Denise Richards was doing it, apparently making a shitload of money. I thought about doing it, and then I thought, you know, 'Nanny Pinky, naked Nanny Pinky,' because I’m a grandmother now."
Jowsey then noted that he would sign up if the 65-year-old elected to open an account on the platform. She responded, "What? Because you’re curious? It’s still actually intact, though, Harry. It is. As I said, you might have to hang me upside down, but it still looks pretty good."
The Bravo Star Also Discussed 'Vanderpump Rules'
Elsewhere in the podcast, Howsey asked Vanderpump about the reasoning behind recasting "VPR." Notably, season 12 premiered in December 2025, after being off the air since May 2024. Regarding the cast shakeup, she said, "Because their story was told. Some of them didn’t want to film together. I was fed up with talking to their assistants. You know what I mean?"
The former "RHOBH" star went on, "It was time, but they were great. I loved them all, and I still love them. Some of them aren’t as sweet and nice as they could be, but I do. I love the experience, and I feel responsible for dragging them into this domain, so to speak."
She then said, "So, there’s a deep affection for them, but it was now time to go back to the restaurant, back to the nucleus, back to the dynamic that made the show a success in the first place, of people working together behind the scenes and what that entails. I remember Jon Hamm coming up to me and he said, and I think he’s iconic, 'Lisa, I love your show Vanderpump Rules.’ And he said, 'It’s so accurate. It’s like a real restaurant.' I said, 'Well, it is a real restaurant, Jon.'"
Fans Reacted To The Interview Between Lisa & Harry
The social media reaction to Vanderpump's interview with Jowsey has been positive so far, with many noting that the two have excellent banter. One YouTube user commented on the episode, saying, "Love LVP. Great Episode." Someone else wrote, "Ok, we need more of this dynamic duo. How about Harry works for Lisa on the next season of Villa? Please send me a check if you decide to go with my idea."
Someone else wrote, "This was great, the banter is so good between them, and it was nice that they talked about some deep sh-t." A different social media user stated, "Sexual Tension here was crazy...." Finally, another person said, "Thank you for this interview, Harry. From a fellow Aussie, I've been a fan of Lisa's for many years now. I would have loved to ask her when is she coming to the sydney gay mardi gras. She could have her own float, get it organized. Shes got a year now to get things in motion."

Bravo has rebooted a number of its shows in recent years. This includes "Real Housewives of Miami," "Real Housewives of New York City," and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," which received a soft reboot ahead of its 16th season. Regarding "Vanderpump Rules," its reboot saw a substantial reduction in viewers. According to The Sun, its December 2025 premiere saw an 80% drop in viewership from the previous season.
Despite this, TMZ reported in February 2026 that the series had been renewed for another season. The report stated that the executives felt it had performed well in live viewership on Bravo and with streaming on Peacock. TMZ also reported that the full cast is expected to return for the reboot's second season.

Andy Cohen took to his "Andy Cohen Live" radio show in December 2025 to defend "Vanderpump Rules" and to discuss what ratings mean to him in the modern age of television and streaming. Cohen said in the clip, "[People tell me,] ‘The ratings are so bad for Vanderpump Rules.’ First of all, you don’t know the ratings for Vanderpump Rules."
He continued, "We don’t look at live ratings. I haven’t looked at a live rating for anything on Bravo. You know what the live ratings are? Hashmarks. It’s delayed, it’s DVR, and it’s Peacock. This is [we] how measure [its success]. It’s not about the live ratings anymore."
Vanderpump also reported the ratings on her Instagram account in December 2025. She said, "Just got the good news that Vanderpump Rules is thriving…the Season 12 premiere reached 2.6 million viewers across platforms, making it bigger than all new series in 2025! Congrats to our incredible cast and crew."
