Just one day after the news broke of “Mormon Wives” star Jessi Draper’s divorce from husband Jordan Ngatikaura, “Vanderpump Villa” star Marciano Brunette, who has gotten himself successfully entangled in lots of MomTok drama, is adding fuel to the fire whether intentionally or just unknowingly. 

Marciano shared an Instagram Story that leads fans to believe that maybe he’s in Utah, and the timing certainly adds to the mystery of it. 

The moment comes on the heels of Marciano and Jessi previously admitting to an emotional affair, which reportedly contributed to the ongoing strain in her marriage. Now, with the divorce public, Marciano’s vague post just might be stirring some speculation, leaving followers wondering if there’s more to the story unfolding behind the scenes. 

Marciano Brunette Teases ‘Where Am I?’ In His Recent IG Story

Marciano, who resides in Las Vegas, shared an IG Story on Friday of a cocktail, tagging his location at Harry Reid International Airport. 

The very next IG Story is a photo of a Swig drink and asking the question, “Where am I?” Anyone following along with “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” knows that Swig is the MomTok crew’s drink of choice and Utah is riddled with the dirty soda shops. 

His next Story didn’t happen for many hours, but just further added to the speculation that he’s in Utah as it’s a photo he shared of him with a friend who’s listed as a “Utah based creator” in his IG bio. 

The Next IG Story Solves The Mystery…Mostly

Marciano’s Stories are spaced out a bit, giving fans time to really wonder just what’s going on. With Jessi’s divorce being fresh news, the timing is certainly curious. And perhaps Marciano knew just what he was doing to keep fans wondering and speculating.

The next IG Story pretty much explains it all – a photo of Marciano with Chase McWhorter, the ex and baby daddy of “Mormon Wives” star Miranda. And with it being Chase’s birthday, and a full-on celebration clearly underway based on both Marciano and Chase’s Stories, it seems the mystery may have just been solved.  

But is that the whole story? On the photo of Chase and Marciano, there’s a simple message written, “team Jessi.”

Social media posts show that Chase and Marciano have a pretty solid friendship. Knowing this makes sense as to why Marciano flew to Utah to celebrate Chase’s birthday with him.

In a video shared on Instagram a few weeks ago, the two friends are seen comparing their height and mention “red flags.”

“Mormon Wives” star Zac Affleck dropped into the comments to say, “You guys are cute together. Happy for you guys.” Another viewer wrote, “Whatta collab.” One other said, “The collab we all needed.”

‘The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives’ And ‘Vanderpump Villa’ Collided Last Year

When MomTok visited “Vanderpump Villa” last year, fans quickly learned that something happened between Demi Engemann and Marciano, as well as between Jessi and Marciano. 

Jessi told US Weekly in November 2025 about her connection with Marciano.

“I wouldn’t say I was in love with him. It only lasted about two weeks, so it was quick,” she told the outlet. “But I will say I confided in him a lot.”

She also touched on her relationship with her husband Jordan.

“The dynamic with Jordan that I had had in my marriage, I hadn’t really talked to anyone about it. My family and friends had been aware because they’d seen things, but I tried to be like, ‘Everything’s fine,’” she added. 

According to Jessi, the “affair” with Marciano was quick and never turned into anything physical. 

The Real Drama Is Between ‘Mormon Wives’ Star Demi Engemann And Marciano Brunette

What looked to be some flirting between Demi and Marciano while MomTok was at “Vanderpump Villa” actually escalated to something much bigger.

Marciano hasn’t been shy online with his side of the story. For those not completely up on what happened at “Vanderpump Villa,” Demi has accused Marciano of “groping” her and she claims to have been “sexually assaulted” by him.

Marciano told The U.S. Sun in November 2025 that there was a “very mutual connection” between the two of them and Demi was “very flirtatious” and “touchy-feely” with him. He further explained that there are “cameras everywhere” at the villa and he claims to have “never touched her, ever.”

Marciano eventually filed a defamation lawsuit in federal court in Utah against Demi, saying her allegations about the “Vanderpump Villa” filming are false and damaging to his career and reputation.

According to Parade, Demi filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in February 2026 under Utah’s Uniform Public Expression Protection Act. It’s now up to the court if Demi’s motion succeeds. If the judge grants it, Marciano’s defamation claims could be dismissed. If not, the lawsuit would enter discovery where both sides could be called to produce testimony and evidence.
