“Love Island” season 8 is three weeks in, and fans are starting to see more and more of the contestants’ true personalities. Annis is one of the program’s OG cast members, and over the last few weeks, she’s been busting out into the splits whenever she can. It’s sort of become her shtick, and it seems like everyone is noticing.

MLB recently shared a montage of some of its biggest stars slipping on the dirt around the bases and inadvertently dropping into the splits, captioning it: “#loveislandusa Kenzie be like…”

Fans loved the joke, as one said, “Admin is so crazy for this lmaooo,” and another wrote, “ADMIN NEEDS A RAISE – This is frying me.”

The 21-year-old from Miami, Florida, has been wrapped up in controversy over the last few days after a video of her appearing to use a racial slur was shared online.

“Love Island” fans know that producers don’t play when it comes to taking action against problematic cast members, as they booted Vasanna Montgomery from the show before it even started and, during season 7, kicked off two cast members after social media posts of them using racist language came to light.

The backlash Keyser is receiving has been loud, prompting her dad, Stephane Keyser, to defend her in a statement to TMZ. According to him, his “educated sweetheart” daughter can’t be racist because they’ve grown up around diverse groups of people.

Season 6 contestant Kaylor Martin recently spoke about the latest batch of episodes in an interview and gave a bit of advice to the newcomers.

“One, just stay true to you. Be the same girl you always have been. I think, if you’re not yourself on Love Island, it will read through,” she said, per The Blast. “If you’re trying to have famous Love Island one-liners, people will clock it. Just be you.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Martin opened up about her relationships with co-stars such as fan favorites Leah Kateb, JaNa Craig, and Serena Paige. “I was literally just on FaceTime with Serena this morning. It’s so hard because when we all are so busy all the time,” she said.

“I was just with Kendall and Rob in Nashville for the CMAs. That was amazing,” she said later. “Serena, JaNa, and I are planning a trip right now. And Leah just texted me to check in.”

Now that Martin is two years removed from the villa, what did the reality star learn about herself while filming the show? Well, for starters, the Pennsylvania native said she’s learned to use her voice when it matters most.

“I look at myself on TV, and I say, ‘Baby, stand up! Like, speak up for yourself!’” she said, adding that she was “very timid” in the villa but has now found her voice.
