“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein is facing criminal charges alongside her boyfriend, Jody Glidden. According to new reports, the two Bravo personalities have been accused of illegally intercepting Lisa’s ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein‘s, phone calls. The pair have had a contentious relationship since Lenny filed for divorce in May 2022, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Lisa and her boyfriend, Glidden, are facing one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications, per Local 10.

The outlet reported that Lisa and Glidden were being accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepting Lenny’s conversations between March 12 and March 31, 2023.

Local 10 shared a picture of Glidden’s mugshot, showing the reality star staring into the camera with bulging eyes and wearing a green polo shirt. He was taken into custody on Saturday, April 11.

Lisa Hochstein Was Accused Of Planting Listening Device On Ex Husband’s Car

The charges come years after Lisa was accused of planting a “listening device” on Lenny’s car to “monitor” his calls, according to Page Six.

Legal documents filed in May 2023 claim Lisa put “at least one” listening device to gain “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation.”

Lenny claimed his reality star ex “compromised the integrity” of their contentious divorce, adding that he had “no knowledge” of what information Lisa had obtained.

Lisa’s representative vehemently denied the claims, stating, “There is no truth to that. It seems as if they are just trying to distract everyone with their lies.”

“This court has already sided with Lisa on many of these issues, including the lies that are being presented by the woman who broke up their home and family,” the rep added.

Lisa Hochstein Was ‘Blindsided’ By Ex Husband’s Divorce Filing

Lisa and Lenny showcased part of their marriage during the first four seasons of “RHOM.” In 2022, Lenny filed for divorce.

The divorce paperwork, filed by Lenny, cited “irreconcilable differences,” according to PEOPLE. Another part of the filing said that the “marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no present hope for a meaningful reconciliation.”

While Lisa opened up about the divorce in subsequent seasons of the show, her rep said she was initially “blindsided” by the news.

“With two young children involved, as a mom I’m going to focus all of my energy and time on them,” Lisa said, slamming Lenny for his “reckless handling of the situation.”

Amid their divorce, Lisa slammed Lenny’s then-girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, accusing her of contributing to their divorce.

According to Page Six, Lisa called Mazepa “extremely disturbing” and later accused her of planting “fake interviews” that were “completely edited by Mazepa” and used to hurt her.

Lenny and Mazepa ended their relationship in June 2025, prompting Lisa to release another statement.

“Our family is relieved that this self-proclaimed home wrecker can no longer harm our children,” Lisa said. “Her source of money and fame are now gone due to her cheating. Without that, her ability to engage in lawfare and media abuse will hopefully now end.”

Lenny and Mezapa clapped back at Lisa’s claim, stating, “While we have mutually and amicably decided to end our relationship last month, we want to make it absolutely clear that this was not due to infidelity on either side. We both only hold gratitude and respect for one another in our hearts.”
