Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Annemarie Wiley is opening up about her ongoing divorce and legal woes with her estranged husband, Marcellus Wiley. In a candid Instagram post, Annemarie accused Marcellus, a former NFL player, of lying, intimidating, and slandering her after she filed for divorce.

Annemarie Wiley initially opened up about the struggles she’d been facing in her marriage in July 2026, after Marcellus was arrested by Florida police and charged with alleged domestic battery. At the time, Annemarie spoke with police about the reported incident and claimed she’d been abused by her husband for an extended period of time.

Annemarie Wiley Says She’s Working To Support Her Children While Her Husband Slanders Her

When she’s not spending time in front of the cameras, Annemarie works as a healthcare professional. In her latest Instagram post, Annemarie said she’s been spending the last several weeks working hard to support her three children with Marcellus, only to claim he’s done the exact opposite. “The man who has been abusing me for 14 years is spending his time ranting on social media, lying, intimidating, and slandering me,” she wrote.

Elsewhere in her post, Annemarie, who appeared on “RHOBH” in 2024, said Marcellus had allegedly told her he would do whatever he could to ensure people wouldn’t believe her claims about him. “And now, you are all getting to witness his true character behind closed doors in real time,” she wrote.

Annemarie Wiley Says Marcellus Is More Concerned With Protecting His ‘Already Ruined Reputation’

According to a previous report from The Blast, Marcellus responded to Annemarie’s earlier claims that he’s physically and sexually abused her with a post on his own social media accounts. In his statement, the former Buffalo Bills player said that he felt obligated to respond to Annemarie’s claims to protect his children.

“I was willing to endure anything—even hell itself—if it meant being with my children every single day,” he shared. “I am their hero, and now I am fighting to make sure the positive and real image they know of me is the one that endures.”

Annemarie recently claimed in her latest post that Marcellus has been more concerned with protecting his “already ruined reputation than providing for his children” and shielding them from harm’s way.

Elsewhere in her post, Annemarie called out the Florida DA, David Augustine, for allegedly failing to notify her of the domestic violence hearing that was scheduled, resulting in the charges against Marcellus being dropped.

Despite the change to the case, Annemarie said that it doesn’t change the fact that Marcellus allegedly threatened to kill her. “Or that I am finally escaping 14 years of abuse,” she wrote. “Or that I have a domestic violence restraining order against him.”

Annemarie went on to share that she’s filed several violations of the Domestic Violence Restraining Order; however, she said the criminal justice system is “broken,” and she’s not being properly protected.

“This is why women stay silent,” she added. “This is why women are terrified to speak up and leave.”

Annemarie Announces Break From Social Media

Shortly after her post went up, the ex-Bravo star shared another post and told her followers that she was planning to step away from social media to prioritize herself and her children’s well-being.

She said that providing for her children financially, healing, and protecting her peace were the most important things amid the chaos.

Marcellus Denies Claims Of Sexual Assault

Marcellus appeared in court recently and denied Annemarie’s claims of sexual assault, according to The Blast.

“We did not have a perfect marriage. We experienced disagreements, frustrations and periods of marital strain,” he wrote. “However, I have never physically abused, sexually assaulted or intentionally harmed my wife at any point during our relationship, either before we were married or during the more than 12 years that we have been husband and wife.”
