“Listen here, West Wilson, wanting women’s sports and spaces to be for women only is not a right-wing thing. It’s a decent thing to do. You should take some notes from your friend Sophie Cunningham. Also, we still don’t forgive you for ruining one of the greatest shows on Bravo, Summer House,” she said on “The Big Weekend Show,” adding that the reality star is “attacking the integrity of women’s sports.”

Lahren’s comments on Wilson’s stance on transgender athletes in sports come after the 31-year-old shared his thoughts on the issue in a TikTok, calling it a “borderline non-existent issue.” Wilson said that there are about “10” transgender athletes in the NCAA, and by fixating on their presence in sports, it’s “isolating” them from participating.

Wilson’s podcast co-host, Sophie Cunningham, commented on the issue during an interview last week, saying she disagreed with transgender athletes competing in women’s sports. “I’ll always believe in that. It’s really important to protect children, and that’s little girls who are also involved in that category,” she said.

While she said she wasn’t a very “political” person, she maintained that she has “beliefs” and “morals” she’ll always stand by.

Wilson Was Fired From ‘Summer House’

Lahren’s strong opinions on Wilson come weeks after he was fired from “Summer House” due to his secretive romance with his co-star, Amanda Batula.

According to a previous report from The Blast, Wilson confirmed the news during a podcast appearance, saying, “I wanted to tell it on my own, but that [rumor] is true. In [Bravo’s] defense, I don’t think it would have been a fun summer.”

Wilson and Batula’s relationship blew up the Bravosphere due to both of their relationships with Wilson’s ex-girlfriend, Ciara Miller.

The pair had a chance to address the backlash during the “Summer House” reunion; however, they danced around the questions, providing viewers with little context.

Their apparent refusal to show up fully bothered Bravo executive Noah Samton, who slammed the pair during an interview, calling their performance “frustrating.”

“When you watch the reunion, as incredible as it is, and as great television as it is, you walk away feeling a little unsatisfied because of the way that West and Amanda handle themselves,” he said. “They didn’t explain themselves in a satisfying way. And then there was a whole separate conversation with Meija, who nobody knew anything about. To me, those were the three stories that needed to be fleshed out further.”

This ‘Summer House’ Cast Member Is Ready For The New Season

The changes won’t stop the returning “Summer House” cast members from having fun.

Per The Blast, Carl Radke said the upcoming season will be pretty cool, praising his co-stars, Lindsay Hubbard, Kyle Cooke, Jesse Solomon, KJ Dillard, Mia Calabrese, Ciara Miller, and Bailey Taylor.

“I can’t give away too much, but it’s a new chapter. I think there are a lot of exciting new things happening. It’s not going to look like it did before, but that’s pretty cool,” he said.

Radke Isn’t Worried About The Cast Changes

Continuing, Radke said the changes to the cast are part of what makes living in a shared house so much fun.

“Honestly, every summer I’ve ever had with a house, it never is the exact same again after that. People get married. People have babies. People get transferred to a new city for a new job. Every house I’ve ever been in, even before Summer House camera, you have some changes. People move on and go different directions,” he said.

While the details about the new season are still under wraps, Radke said fans can expect to see him getting even closer with his boys, Kyle Cooke and Jesse Solomon, calling them some of his very best friends.

“I wouldn’t want it any other way. You know, for many, many summers I’ve been very blessed to be able to spend my summers in the Hamptons with friends,” said Radke. “I mean, I’m very lucky that I have such strong male friends. Kyle Cooke is still my best friend.”
