Blake Lively appeared completely unfazed as she attended a Fendi gathering in New York on Tuesday. 

The 38-year-old arrived at the fashionable event wearing a polished but relaxed look that quickly grabbed attention. 

Lively paired a fitted black tank top with high-waisted jeans, adding a beige trench coat and pointed heels to complete the outfit.

She accessorized with a diamond necklace and one of Fendi’s signature baguette bags while wearing her long blonde hair swept dramatically to one side.

Throughout the evening, the “Gossip Girl” alum smiled for photographers and appeared to be in high spirits despite the ongoing headlines surrounding her legal issues with Justin Baldoni.

The public outing marked one of her most visible appearances since the legal drama between her and Baldoni reached a surprising settlement earlier this month.

Behind the scenes, however, Blake Lively is still dealing with legal complications connected to the fallout from her case against Baldoni.

According to TMZ, a judge recently denied the actress’s request to submit additional legal briefs and new information tied to her demands for fees and damages.

The ruling arrived only days after Lively and Baldoni officially settled their nearly two-year dispute, which had originally been headed toward trial.

Despite the settlement, Lively reportedly continued pursuing compensation connected to the “It Ends With Us” director’s failed $400 million defamation lawsuit against her.

She argued that she deserved legal fees as the prevailing party in the case, claiming Baldoni’s lawsuit was retaliation for her earlier sexual harassment allegations.

Court documents also revealed that Lively requested “compensatory damages tripled, and punitive damages.” Her legal team had hoped to introduce more evidence and arguments before the judge ultimately shut down the request.

The legal battle between Lively and Baldoni became one of Hollywood’s messiest courtroom fights over the past two years.

Baldoni had previously countersued the “Green Lantern” actress, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and The New York Times in early 2025. However, a judge later dismissed the lawsuit.

The settlement itself only came after significant portions of Lively’s 2024 sexual harassment and retaliation claims were reportedly dismissed in court last month. 

According to reports, the two sides spent roughly $60 million combined pursuing lawsuits and countersuits throughout the ordeal.

When announcing the agreement, neither party admitted wrongdoing or offered an apology. However, the joint statement acknowledged that Lively’s claims “deserved to be heard.”

The legal conflict had already generated enormous public attention long before the settlement was finalized, particularly because of the high-profile names involved and the massive financial demands tied to the case.

‘It Ends With Us’ Actor Pushes Back Against Lively’s Discomfort Claims

A few days ago, Adam Mondschein, the actor who played the OBGYN in “It Ends With Us,” spoke out about the birthing scene Blake Lively later described as “uncomfortable” and “invasive” in her legal complaint against Baldoni. 

As The Blast reported, Mondschein revealed that nothing inappropriate happened during filming, and he insisted the actress “was the most powerful person in the room” throughout the shoot. 

He explained that Lively was fully covered in a hospital gown, black shorts, and a prosthetic pregnancy belly, pushing back on claims that she was “nearly nude.” 

Mondschein also explained that only essential crew members and the baby’s parents were present during filming, describing the atmosphere as professional and controlled.

Lively had alleged the scene felt “humiliating” because Mondschein’s face and hands were near her genital area during filming. 

However, the actor said his focus was entirely on safely handling the infant used in the scene and claimed Lively never voiced discomfort at the time.

Amid the drama, Lively and Reynolds are reportedly facing renewed scrutiny over their luxury “paradise” compound after claims surfaced that the property has been hit with more than $2.1 million in unpaid contractor debt tied to extensive renovation work. 

According to The Blast, multiple contractors and subcontractors allegedly filed liens against the estate, claiming they were never fully compensated for labor, materials, and construction services connected to the sprawling project. 

Some reports suggested the renovation had dragged on for years, with work allegedly slowing down amid payment disputes and mounting legal complications. 

Now, several companies are reportedly pursuing repayment through legal channels.
