Meghan previously signed with William Morris Endeavor (WME), led by Ari Emanuel, in 2023 with the goal of strengthening her presence in the entertainment industry. The agency represents major stars including Dwayne Johnson, Mark Wahlberg, Vin Diesel, and Oprah Winfrey.

According to The Express, Wootton stated that rumors about a split had been circulating for some time, “but Meghan and Archewell and her little liars in Montecito have been pushing back and saying they’re still involved.”

“This is a company that is used to working with the biggest divas in the world,” he continued, “but when it came to Meghan Markle, they said, ‘Enough! We are not having this. Our staff deserves a Thanksgiving. You’re gone, sweetheart.'”

Another industry source, cited in the same report, suggested that certain media coverage, particularly around Meghan’s reported fallout with Netflix, might not have surfaced if WME were still actively representing the duchess.
