Tax season has arrived and a lot of Canadians are questioning the fairness of our system. Despite overwhelming support for reform amongst the electorate there seems to be little political will to enact a wealth tax. Erika Beauchesne, the communications coordinator at Canadians for Tax Fairness, a non-profit organization that advocates for fair taxation to reduce inequality and strengthen the economy, joins me to discuss.
In the second interview today we focus on the attitude of gratitude and how to make it a daily part of your life with Dr. Maxine McClean. Dr. McClean has a new book out called Gratitude Keeper - No Water, No Rain that aims to help people live a more balanced life through journaling, meditation, and daily inspirational cards.
