Erika Eleniak Will Reprise Her Role On ‘Baywatch’
On Friday, August 7, Eleniak shared some exciting news about her career on Instagram. She’s returning to acting and will be reprising her role on the new “Baywatch” reboot.
“Something is coming… 2026 feels like the start of a whole new chapter,” Eleniak wrote, alongside a selfie. “I’m 56, I’ve embraced the tattoos, the journey, the ups, the downs and everything that has made me who I am today. I’ve also made a big decision… I’M COMING BACK TO ACTING!!”
In another update, Eleniak revealed the “Baywatch” news: “I’m so excited to be making a very small cameo as Shauni McClain in Episode 2 of the new @foxtvBaywatch! A new generation of lifeguards, bigger rescues and a few familiar faces… and yes, Shauni has traded the lifeguard tower for a seat on the Santa Monica City Council.”
She added, “I hope you enjoy seeing her again, even if it’s only for a moment.”
