Scott later failed to appear for court hearings connected to her pending cases, leading to bench warrants being issued in June. The warrants were canceled the following day after she was arraigned. Her bond was set at $10,000 at the time. However, prosecutors subsequently argued that Scott continued violating the conditions imposed by the court.

Revoking bond does not determine guilt in a pending case. It means the judge concluded that the conditions allowing Scott to remain out of custody had allegedly not been followed. The recording indicated that a relative contacted emergency services after discovering that Scott had injured herself. She was transported by ambulance to McLaren Macomb Hospital for treatment. A fire and emergency medical report reportedly classified the incident as involving a hemorrhage or laceration.

Scott and Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, first met as teenagers in the late 1980s. They welcomed Hailie in 1995 before marrying in 1999. Their first marriage ended in divorce in 2001.

The former couple later reconciled and remarried in January 2006, but the reunion was brief. Eminem filed for divorce months later, and the marriage ended that same year.
