Her youthful look was more pronounced with her outfit as she wore a yellow sweatshirt and blue acid-washed jeans. She completed the look in black heels and kept her accessories minimal with just earrings.

Plastic surgery expert Dr. Kahn then addressed the speculations as he weighed in on the type of procedure the actress seemingly undertook to achieve her youthful look.

“She doesn’t have any wrinkles on her cheeks, which could mean she is using a Microdermabrasion, which erases fine lines,” he told the Daily Mail. “It is a minimally invasive skin resurfacing treatment that gently exfoliates the skin’s outermost layer.”

“Microdermabrasion takes away dead cells and creates a new surface and a more even-toned skin. It really erases years off a person’s face,” he continued.

Dr. Kahn further noted that he thinks Holmes is very careful with her skin and could generally be using helpful products.

“Hyaluronic acid is being used often these days because it allows the skin to hold vast amounts of water, acting as a lubricant. It’s great for moisture and making the skin look healthy,” Dr. Kahn said.

“She seems to be committed to staying out of the sun or using a heavy SPF because she does not seem to have any sun damage,” the doctor added.

Holmes’ hair makeover also left a stylist raving about her beauty and how she’s fearless in trying new things. The actress’s hair appeared to have been chopped from mid-back to mid-length, which is a complete turn from her usually long tresses. According to Good Housekeeping, celebrity hairstylist Jason Collier praised her for her stunning look, while also suggesting that her new hairdo contributed to it.

On Tuesday, Holmes had an emotional reunion with her “Dawson’s Creek” co-star Joshua Jackson as they both attended the gala screening for “Brunello: The Gracious Visionary.”

At the event, which was held at the David Koch Theatre at Lincoln Center, they posed for pictures on the red carpet and seemed engrossed in their conversation, laughing and smiling with each other.

She wore a white blouse that was unbuttoned to make it look like an off-shoulder top, and tucked it into a glittery, floor-length gray skirt. On the other hand, Jackson kept things corporate in a burgundy blazer, gray slacks, and a black bowtie.
