Khloé Kardashian is firing back at ex-husband Lamar Odom, after the former NBA star heavily downplayed the role she played in saving his life after overdosing at a Nevada brothel in 2015.

Following the release of his recent documentary, which chronicled his whirlwind marriage, drug use, and ultimate divorce from Kardashian, Odom faced backlash from fans who didn’t take kindly to his dismissive attitude regarding his ex-wife’s help.

During the Wednesday, April 15, episode of her podcast, “Khloé in Wonder Land,” the reality star addressed the recent comments Odom made while speaking with “Today,” in which he walked back the support Kardashian provided during his near-fatal overdose documented in Netflix’s “Untold: The Death and Life of Lamar Odom.”

“I think what’s p-ssing me off is, we did this, all good. I was done with this. I’m like, I’m never going to do another Lamar thing again, ’cause I’m all good. But now Lamar is doing press [and saying he’s] annoyed with me,” the Good American co-founder said. “Claiming or insinuating that I’m a liar, all these things, discrediting me, saying that I wasn’t the one that helped him.”

“I feel so dumb…[and I’m] p-ssed that I’m even involved,” she said before admitting that she was hesitant to participate and only decided to do it after months of contemplation. “I said, ‘I want to make sure this is a positive piece. I don’t really want to go down this road if it’s negative. He’s been through enough.'”

“I willingly do the Netflix thing for Lamar,” Kardashian added. “I’m not getting paid one penny to do this. I have no dog in this fight. It doesn’t matter to me if this documentary is made or not made. I don’t care. And it’s also not something I really want to talk about anymore.”

Kardashian Now Says She ‘Feels Played’ By Odom Following His Recent Comments

Speaking further about the issue, Kardashian noted that she felt played by her ex-husband, Odom.

“All I did was tell the story that I was asked by you to tell, but now to, like, play in my face and now to act like I didn’t do any of the things I did and insinuate I’m a liar is crazy,” the mother of two said. “I feel played.”

Kardashian doubled down again, noting that she only appeared in the documentary to support Odom despite how “traumatic” the experience was.

“I would never expose someone that was not for me to expose. I kept all of that to myself for 11 years, or whenever that was. I was asked by Lamar to do this documentary. I did it for him.”

She also took major issue with her ex-husband completely changing his tune regarding her support, after years of praising her publicly.

“For years, he was singing my praises, all this,” Kardashian said. “I don’t even need you to sing my praises. But you’re not now going to sh-t on me or now play in my face because you don’t like the reaction and the response from the public.”

On April 6, Odom appeared on “Today” and spoke about his Netflix documentary. The conversation quickly turned to ex-wife Kardashian, and the former Los Angeles Laker dismissed her four-month-long bedside support and financial assistance following his overdose.

In the documentary, Kardashian shared that Odom’s father wanted her to take him off life support, which he shut down while on “Today.”

“I don’t think that’s something that would ever come out of his mouth,” Odom said, per PEOPLE. “He was my biggest fan. I don’t know where that got caught — translated. I just can’t see him ever, ever doing that.”

He then added that Kardashian took care of him “in some ways,” but it was God whom he ultimately credits for saving his life.

“She took care of me, but God took care of me the most, and what I came back from was like a medical miracle,” Odom said, after admitting that the reunion between the two while filming was “awkward” and “wasn’t really good for me.”

Odom Is Reportedly Dating Someone New

Lamar Odom was recently photographed with real estate agent Rachel Bradley, and it was quickly confirmed that the two are currently dating, according to E! News.

The new couple was seen walking hand-in-hand at a Lakers game, which was followed by Bradley posting yellow and purple hearts and Odom’s initials on Instagram.
