Nestled in Long Beach Township, New Jersey, Margaret Qualley and Antonoff’s three-story beachfront property appears to have fallen silent following reports that the couple have ended their nearly three-year marriage.

The home, situated just steps from public beach access, was built after extensive construction began in 2022 on what had previously been an empty lot. 

Years of work have transformed the site into an elegant seaside escape, but despite the substantial investment, the property now shows little indication that anyone lives there, per a Daily Mail report.

Designed to maximize its oceanfront setting, the beachfront home has a clean, modern design with light-colored brick walls, white doors, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. 

A stone driveway leads to the entrance, which is surrounded by neatly trimmed bushes and flowers. 

At the back, spacious balconies and a rooftop deck overlook the ocean, giving the property a peaceful coastal feel.

On Wednesday, July 8, PEOPLE confirmed that the couple had separated after nearly three years of marriage, with one source describing their relationship as “rocky” and another saying they are simply “figuring things out.” 

Despite the split, an insider stressed there was no dramatic fallout, explaining that the pair still loved each other deeply and were handling the separation with “love and kindness,” while dismissing speculation surrounding their breakup. 

Fans had already begun noticing subtle signs of change after the Grammy-winning producer attended the star-studded July 3 ceremony for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden without his wife, arriving instead with his sister.

Speaking to Page Six, a source explained that the couple struggled with communication, alleging that Antonoff “could be very particular about how he liked things.”

The insider claimed the Bleachers frontman often preferred to have situations handled his way, leaving Qualley feeling that her perspective wasn’t being heard or given the same weight.

“Communication was definitely a challenge between him and Margaret,” the insider shared, adding that the actress often felt unheard.

Eagle-eyed followers noticed that the “Maid” actress had quietly removed several photos from her August 2023 wedding to Antonoff from her Instagram page, leaving behind only one image of the pair laughing together, which she shared in February 2025. 

Qualley had also previously shared intimate black-and-white photos from their wedding while promoting Antonoff’s Bleachers song “Dirty Wedding Dress,” but those posts have since disappeared. 

Interestingly, reports noted that some of the deleted images briefly reappeared after fans spotted the changes, adding more intrigue to the online speculation surrounding the former couple.
