Despite the actor’s Instagram page being inactive since 2014, the latest post suggests there is a lot more to come. 

Commemorating Robin’s posthumous 75th year alive, his children expressed gratitude that younger generations were getting acquainted with his work. As a result, they were finding an official place to house his legacy.

“As technology evolves, we want this to be a safe, trusted place where the stories, photos, videos, and memories shared reflect his legacy with authenticity, warmth, and care,” the caption read. 

To highlight this further, the Instagram bio of the late “Mrs. Doubtfire” actor was changed to read, “This page is dedicated to spreading the joy of Robin’s legacy.”

The message, which was signed by Zak, Zelda, and Cody, concluded: “This is our way of sharing his unique talent and humor with the world, including the moments that made us and so many of you laugh.”

Robin Williams’ revived page comes almost a year after Zelda made it clear to online supporters that her father would not be honored by artificial-intelligence videos circulating online. 

As reported by The Blast, he movie director took to social media to plead with fans to stop sending her AI videos of the comic, admitting that she would never understand them.

Zelda condemned those behind the act, referring to it as “maddening,” highlighting that they were exploiting people’s lives rather than creating genuine art. “You’re making disgusting, over-processed hot dogs,” she slammed.

The director questioned whether the posts were made to mock her, highlighting that she had endured even worse. She then encouraged people to act with “decency,” further emphasizing that it was not what her father would have wanted.

As Robin’s family continues to protect his legacy the best way they can, they haven’t shied away from opening up about the actor’s final days on earth.

The “Good Will Hunting” actor had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. However, those close to him had spoken candidly about his increasing suspicion and paranoia, claiming he was battling more than his diagnosis. 

According to The Blast, the late thespian’s wife, Susan Schneider, recalled that it was two years into their marriage she started to notice the changed behavior. 

The behavior was shocking to both close family and friends who knew the actor well, and to doctors. 

Cherri Minns, a make-up artist who worked with Robin on “Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb,” shared how the actor would break down constantly. “I don’t know how anymore. I don’t know how to be funny,” he reportedly told her one time.

It was later revealed that Robin suffered from Lewy Body Dementia, a condition well known for causing rapid and distressing changes in mood and behavior. 

However, his symptoms were treated in isolation rather than collectively. They included severe stomach pain, insomnia, paranoia, and “delusional looping.

Schneider and Robin finally decided to undergo testing at a neurocognitive facility. However, the actor took his own life on August 11, 2014, a week before his set appointment, taking the world by surprise.

Although it has been years since his passing, Robin’s impact still remains felt in present times, as evidenced by a resurfaced clip from his stand-up career years.

In the video, Robin unleashed a series of jokes aimed at Donald Trump, comparing him to The Wizard of Oz. “He plays Monopoly with real f-cking buildings. This is a scary man,” the deceased comedian quipped, per The Blast.

He mocked the businessman’s involvement in beauty pageants, referencing Michael Vick’s dogfighting scandal while also slamming Trump’s controversial comments about his daughter.

The timing of its resurfacing coincided with the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files, with which the president is closely associated.

The clip made the rounds online, with spectators commenting that the late actor tried to warn Americans about Trump, and that they should have paid closer attention.
