While there are many great spots to enjoy a cocktail when in Las Vegas, The Chandelier inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has long been one of the city’s most recognizable, must visit spots. This iconic venue spans three floors with plenty of great seating options, all beneath a dazzling two-million-crystal centerpiece. Each floor offers a different experience, menu, and view, making The Chandelier a spot you can visit time and time again and it feels like the first time all over.

The Chandelier recently debuted a revamped beverage program, bringing inventive cocktails and artistic presentations to each level. At the heart of the transformation is Head of Mixology Gedeon Tsegaye, whose expertise makes The Chandelier a unique and much talked about destination in Sin City.

If you’ve ever visited The Chandelier in the past, you know just how amazing the experience is. With three floors that each feature a different menu, including mocktails, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

“The Chandelier at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is one of the largest luxury cocktail experiences in the world and was recently inducted into the Las Vegas Magazine 2024 Hall of Fame,” Tsegaye told The Blast exclusively. “We serve thousands of guests each week across three floors with three separate menus comprising 20 to 30 cocktails depending on the seasonal program. The backdrop is set inside a two-million crystal chandelier and is an architectural juggernaut to marvel at while sipping modern cocktails and snapping a few selfies.”

The new beverage program, created by Tsegaye, “reflects the evolution of The Chandelier as both a design masterpiece and a showcase for cocktail expression.”

“Every element was approached with intention, from the ingredients and techniques to the presentation,” Tsegaye said, according to a press release sent to The Blast. “Together with the venue’s thoughtfully reimagined interiors, the cocktails create a layered journey of discovery that unfolds with each level, inviting guests to engage with The Chandelier in a way that feels immersive, sophisticated, and unexpected.”

One important thing to note is that the menu is constantly shifting and changing at The Chandelier so even if you visited recently, you just may find a new favorite drink on your next visit.

“Cocktails are ever evolving at The Chandelier with some items evolving annually and other evolving seasonally,” Tsegaye said.
