Software
Our software does not send any user information when connecting to the internet.
Email addresses
Some BTR products require the user’s email address. This address is used to send emails which the user has explicitly requested BTR to send, to confirm registration of the product, or to provide product updates from BTR. This email address will not be shared with any other company.
Use of your personal information
BTR collects and uses your personal information to operate the BlastTheRadio.com Web site and deliver the services you have requested.
BTR does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. BTR may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, BTR may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to BTR, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
BTR does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
BTR keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within BTR, in order to determine what BTR services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within BTR to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
 
Data Deletion
To maintain and improve service continuity and quality, data is deleted by explicit request either on our platform or by email, provided and insofar that such deletion does not prevent BTR or the Data Subject to comply with their legal or contractual obligations. If you want us to delete your data without accessing our platform, follow the procedure below:
Request data deletion Send us an email from the email you shared with us to milky@BlastTheRadio.com with subject ‘Data deletion request’. Verify your identity We will send you an email to the address you used to register your account with some steps to verify your identity. Data deletion Once we confirm your identity and we confirm that the requested deletion is not subject to any legal or contractual limitation or exception, we will proceed insofar with the deletion of your Personal Data.
 
Non-personal information
We may bundle and share the non-personal information we collect from users with advertisers, third parties, trusted partners and affiliates so that they display advertising that better suits the user’ interests. We may aggregate personally identifiable information with information about others. In that case we will make the information non-personally identifiable by removing any name and other characteristics that would identify the user. We may use and/or share the resulting non-PII with third parties. Anyone may choose to opt-out from allowing us to provide non-PII to certain partners, by sending us an email to milky@BlastTheRadio.com
Changes to this statement
We may amend this Privacy and Data Usage Policy at any time. If we change this policy in any substantial way, we will notify you by posting a notice of the change on our website. We will make an effort to send notice of the change to our users via email, provided that we have your email address on record. If you disagree with the terms of the amended policy, you may choose to discontinue subscribing to or using our services.
