Joe Jonas has put his Brooklyn condo up for sale two years after purchasing the luxury apartment following his divorce from Sophie Turner.
The singer-songwriter purchased the apartment for $6.5 million two years ago and is now looking to sell it for $6.75 million.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, colorful accent furnishings, terrazzo finishes, expansive views, and more.
He has yet to publicly comment on the sale or explain why he decided to list the property.
Joe Jonas Lists Condo For $6.75 Million

In 2024, Jonas purchased a condo at Olympia in Brooklyn. The singer had just finalized his divorce from actress Sophie Turner and appeared to make the purchase as part of the next chapter of his life.
However, to our surprise, the property is now back on the market for prospective buyers.
Jonas bought the condo for $6.5 million and is now seeking to sell it for $6.75 million.
If the property sells at the asking price, Jonas would make a gross profit of $250,000. However, after accounting for closing costs, agent commissions, taxes, renovations, or other significant expenses, he could ultimately make little profit or even incur a loss.
Joe Jonas’ Condo Features Sweeping City Views

Spanning 2,654 square feet, the home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom.
The upscale residence also offers sweeping views of the Manhattan Bridge through floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow natural light to flood the apartment during the day.
Throughout the apartment, custom white oak millwork is paired with elegant terrazzo finishes, rounded shelving, sculptural lighting, and colorful accent furnishings.
Its marble kitchen is outfitted with premium Gaggenau appliances and a walk-in pantry, while the entertainment spaces include a speakeasy-inspired lounge and a dedicated vinyl listening room.
The spa-style primary suite rounds out the home’s luxury appeal, making it one of the standout residences in Brooklyn’s Olympia development.
Jonas’ Sale May Reflect His Co-Parenting Life

For now, Jonas has not revealed the reason for the move and may choose not to do so. However, the singer’s lifestyle could offer some insight into the decision.
In the years since his split from Turner, Jonas has had to travel between the United States and the United Kingdom to share parenting responsibilities for their two daughters, Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3.
Initially, the pair had issues with their co-parenting arrangement, as evidenced by Turner’s lawsuit against Jonas for “wrongful retention of their daughters” in the U.S.
These days, they appear to be on better terms, which suggests Jonas may be visiting more frequently than before. The decision to sell may now reflect changes in his travel arrangements in line with a closer co-parenting relationship with his ex-wife and children.
Jonas Says His Kids Gave Him Purpose

Speaking on the June 2 episode of the “Hey Jonas!” podcast, Jonas opened up to his brothers, Nick and Kevin, about how his kids have given him a renewed sense of purpose.
“I’m a single dad and I coparent with my children’s mother,” the singer said at the time, per E! News. “I think my children have given me purpose again in my life.”
Jonas said he recognizes their importance even more in moments when he feels the world is against him.
“They’ve really given me the reason to be alive, I would say,” he shared. “I think, in my saddest moments, I’m able to be reminded quickly that a hug from them can solve the world’s problems in my own world.”
Joe Jonas Praises Sophie Turner As A Co-Parent
Jonas has also expressed his gratitude to have Turner by his side as a co-parent through the highs and lows.
“There’s a lot of people in my situation that are single parents and go through this, and I’m grateful that I have a co-parent that I can balance even the bad days,” he told his brothers on their podcast.
Jonas is also appreciative of other loved ones in his life who have helped him fulfill his responsibilities and continue to offer support.
“I think being able to [also] have good people around me to kind of help me navigate it is really special,” he added.
