Bre Tiesi is opening up about the complicated reality of being part of Nick Cannon’s unusually large family.

The “Selling Sunset” star shares son Legendary Love with Cannon, who has 12 children with six women.

While Tiesi says she would love for Legendary to have close relationships with all of his siblings, she admits that building connections with some of the other mothers has been far more challenging than she hoped.

Tiesi is making one thing very clear about life inside Cannon’s sprawling family — she is not trying to become best friends with all of the mothers.

The reality star admitted that when it comes to building relationships with Cannon’s other baby mamas, she is mostly keeping to her own lane.

In an interview, Tiesi explained that there is no real “we” when it comes to balancing the family dynamic. Instead, she said she simply tries to be “nice” while staying aware of the complicated family structure surrounding their children.

“I would love to embrace them more, but the relationships with the mothers are, unfortunately, too difficult to do so. “We’ve attempted,” she told E! News.

However, the TV personality shared that she wants her son to form strong bonds with his other siblings, saying that she believes Cannon has a major role to play to ensure the children have the right environment to bond.

Bre Tiesi Is Not Nick Cannon’s Favorite Baby Mama

Before the “Selling Sunset” star shared the strain in her relationship with Cannon’s five other baby mamas, rumors had been spreading about the TV mogul having a favorite partner in his large circle. 

Addressing claims that Tiesi holds the top spot, the TV star acknowledged that while he is frequently seen in public and online with the reality star, it’s mainly because of the nature of her job. 

As reported by The Blast, Cannon explained that the traditional idea of a soulmate being a “one and only” did not fit his life.

While Tiesi may have been more visible because of her own public profile, Cannon said that visibility should not be mistaken for having a special rank within his unusual family circle.

Despite the unconventional nature of their bond, Tiesi has made it clear that she never felt the need to defend things with Cannon.

Explaining how the arrangement works for her, Tiesi once called her relationship with Cannon the “healthiest she’s ever had,” per The Blast.

At the time, she said they did not fight, argue, or deal with toxicity. The social media personality also praised him as a present father to their son, Legendary Love.

Tiesi made it clear she never wanted a conventional relationship. Instead, she embraced the freedom to create an arrangement that worked for them, which seemed to be a major part of why she had been so comfortable with their unusual dynamic.

Still, he made sure the other mothers were celebrated, helping his children pick out custom gifts for each of them.

Netflix’s synopsis promises a more intimate look at Cannon’s world, described as “heartfelt, complicated” and “chaotic.”

The series is expected to premiere in winter 2026, and may offer a more intimate look into how all of those relationships and responsibilities operate behind the scenes.
